Q. How do I move my current hosting to the NEW and FASTER site hosting at The Rohnstein?
A. The Rohnstein will do all the site hosting migration, all we will need is your current hosting control panel log in information. SSH maybe required. We will handle moving all of your current site content onto the new servers. If your domain is stored elsewhere, you will need to point it to our servers.
Q. How long will it take my site/domain name to be transferred?
A. This will depend on how much information you have on your current server. We estimate 48-72 hours to transfer all the data and make sure it is setup correctly. After we test on your temporary IP URL, you can then point your domain to our server. This process can take up to 48 hours to show live.
Q. How will my site content be transferred? When will I know my site has been transferred?
A. Once the site migration is completed; you will be emailed with the new log in information. The admin control panel to your eChise site will not change.
Q. How quickly can the site be migrated?
A. We work to have all sites migrated within 48 hours. This timeframe is dependant upon how quickly customers provide their current hosting information.
Q. Will I be able to pay up front for 1 month, 6 months, or 1 year of hosting?
A. YES! You will be able to choose which billing cycle is best for your company (monthly, 6 Months, Yearly, etc).
Q. I paid up front at Bluehost.com for a full year of hosting. Will they reimburse me?
A. BlueHost offers 1, 2 and 3 years prepaid hosting services but you can cancel within 30 days and get a full refund. If you have already past your 30 days, your refund will be prorated. So you’re not bound in a contract.
Q. BlueHost has a live chat function where I can ask questions at any time. Will The Rohnstein offer this service?
