So you want to get across to your customers that you do more then just sell products. You want to talk about your services, company, and maybe special offerings or job opportunities. In addition, you get the same old emails asking how to do this, or how to do that. Well the Pages Manager can take care of all this.
The first feature is the Pages function. You are able to create custom pages and categories in this section that are separate to your company information pages. These can be used to talk about special offers like product financing, employment, or even services you offer. You can even use these to create customer galleries, or maybe manufacturer features. This is a very good resource to put good content on the site that helps your companies branding.
Next is the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) module. The FAQ is an easy feature to setup. You create the category for the FAQ like, Ordering Procedures, Shipping Help, What Type of Payment, etc. Once you do that then you create the question and answer in an easy to do editor. Once you save it, the customers will see the FAQ section on the live site with the questions they might have while shopping along with your recommended solutions or answers.
There are 2 more features inside the Pages Manager. The first one is the Define Mainpage. This one is specifically for a section on the HOME page. If this area is activated, it is like a blank canvas to put anything you want. The Define Mainpage is a full HTML editor. You can put in text, links, colors, pictures, or whatever else you want to get across. We have seen welcome notes with coupon codes, picture or flash advertisements, and even with the VR eChise, you can embed a YouTube.com video.
Lastly in the Pages Manager is the Info Manager. The Info Manager is where you feature your important company policies and information. Shipping Policies, Privacy Policies, Terms and Conditions, and even the link to your Contact Us page is in this side info box on the live site. Each page is extremely easy to create and put in an order. A complete editor is available just like when you create a product. You can use images, hyperlinks, colors, and anything else you need to. These pages are usually featured at the top or bottom of the website. They are what protect your company from bad consumers so we suggest alot of time and thought to be put into them.
